These terms govern use of SteadyFyre, operated by Farcelis AI Consulting. By creating an account, you agree to these terms. You must be an adult authorized to act for your business. Questions: support@steadyfyre.com.
The service and its current scope
SteadyFyre provides business campaign planning, assisted research and drafting, relationship tracking and delivery organization. The current private pilot is described on the Updates page. A draft is not a sent message, an executed contract, a collected payment or proof of a business outcome. Features under development are not included promises.
Your account and team
Provide accurate account information and protect your credentials. Workspace owners are responsible for deciding who receives team access and for removing access when appropriate. Do not access another customer’s workspace, bypass usage controls, probe the service without authorization or interfere with other users.
Your data and content
You retain your rights to content you provide. You grant Farcelis permission to host, process and transmit it to service providers as necessary to deliver requested features. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions to use uploaded data and for reviewing generated content before relying on it. Do not upload unlawful content, secrets or sensitive personal data unsupported by this service.
AI and outreach responsibility
AI output may contain mistakes, outdated information or unsupported inferences. Check sources, contact details and claims. Generated legal or financial drafts do not replace qualified professional advice. You remain responsible for lawful communications, consent where required, opt-outs, marketing claims and third-party platform rules. No sales, revenue, accuracy or ranking outcome is guaranteed.
Demo, subscriptions and cancellation
The public demo uses fictional data and resets on reload. Paid subscriptions are not yet offered. When enabled, checkout will state the exact monthly or annual total, included limits, any usage charges, renewal timing and cancellation terms before purchase. No trial or demo currently converts into a charge. Future paid terms require acceptance before a purchase.
Availability and pilot limitations
The pilot is provided as available and may change as we test it. Maintain exports of important work. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant uninterrupted operation or error-free output. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Suspension and changes
We may suspend access to address abuse, security threats or violations of these terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion through support. Material changes to terms will be published with an updated effective date; where required, we will seek renewed acceptance.
